Addiction and mental health problems ruin people’s lives. I dedicate my time to helping others deal with their problems.
I provide professional and confidential psychotherapy/counselling to help people overcome their addiction to alcohol, drugs, shopping, gambling, sex and many other addictions. I also specialise in eating disorders, childhood trauma, co-dependence and a whole host of mental health disorders.
Who can suffer from addiction or mental health illnesses? The simple answer is that anyone can. These illnesses do not discriminate. The stereotypical thinking that addiction only affects the ‘park bench drunk’ or the ‘street junkie’ is a myth. Addiction and mental health problems can touch people in every walk of life and at any age.
If you think you’ve got a problem – even if you’re not sure – it’s best to take action immediately. It’s a progressive condition that only gets worse without help.
I provide one-to-one or couples counselling to help clients understand the underlying root causes driving their problems. I also run group therapy sessions and educational workshops exploring the nature of addiction and mental health problems. Moreover, I treat unresolved developmental childhood trauma leading to dysfunctional relationships, poor mental health and addictions in adult life. I also provide expert advice for those who need to go into rehab or a detox clinic.
I have experience of working within the NHS, OASIS, Perry Clayman Project and the world renowned Priory Hospital. I am also a member of the Federation of Drugs and Alcohol Professionals.
If you or someone you care about has a problem – or even if you’re not sure – please contact me on 07999 456 777 for confidential help and advice. It could be the best decision you ever make.
